Project Lead –  MEP

Experience: 8–10 years in the MEP industry

Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Role Overview:

As the MEP Project Lead, you will spearhead comprehensive project delivery across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Your responsibilities include overseeing planning, execution, resource management, and stakeholder coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a critical role in aligning technical requirements with client expectations while mentoring a cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end execution of MEP projects
2. Ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards
3. Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
4. Resolve project roadblocks with strategic foresight
5. Maintain project documentation and reporting systems
