Job Summary :

The Branding & Communication Executive is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to promote the company’s brand, services, and project portfolio. This role involves managing the company website, enhancing online presence, running targeted marketing campaigns, and supporting business development efforts through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities :

Digital Marketing :

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Create and manage content (images, videos, write-ups) for social media, email campaigns, and digital brochures.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (traffic, engagement, leads, conversions) and optimize accordingly.
  • Manage SEO and SEM strategies to increase website visibility and lead generation.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to stay updated on digital trends in the construction and MEP industry.
  • Assist with the creation of marketing materials for tenders, proposals, and company presentations.

Branding & Communication:

  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all online platforms.
  • Manage online company profiles (Google My Business, business directories, etc.).
  • Assist with internal communications, newsletters, and PR-related content.
  • Support business development by maintaining a digital portfolio of completed projects.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in construction, MEP, or B2B services.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM platforms, WordPress/HTML (basic), and social media platforms.
  • Strong written and visual content creation skills.
  • Experience in website CMS (WordPress preferred) and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and lead tracking systems.
  • Experience with video editing and marketing automation tools.
  • Background or exposure to technical industries like construction or engineering.
